Opening in the summer of 2025, The 44 is located in Colfax, ND. Just a short drive from Fargo-Moorhead and Wahpeton-Breckenridge, our modern, state-of-the-art space offers the perfect setting for weddings, corporate gatherings, and celebrations of all kinds. Operated by the Richland 44 Foundation, every event hosted at The 44 supports scholarships for local students, making your special day even more meaningful.

Providing the perfect space for your next event
The 44 features floor-to-ceiling windows, 25-foot high ceilings, & spacious event spaces creating an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and inviting. Legacy Hall spans nearly 7,000 square feet, accommodating up to 400 banquet guests or 550 attendees for concerts and business events. Two smaller spaces, each approximately 550 square feet, serve as dressing rooms or event prep areas. They are also available to rent for more intimate gatherings.
